Terms of Service for GameScore+

Welcome to GameScore+! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GameScore+ mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, or hack the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

2. User Content

2.1 Player Names and Game Data

The App allows you to create and store player names and game data. You are solely responsible for all data you input into the App.

2.2 Appropriate Content

You agree not to input content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates any third‑party rights.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GameScore+ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. We may also update the App to add new features or fix bugs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
